brilliant and fairly clean place with courteous staff on the reception desk. great and lovely location when traveling to leeds. great restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The room was nicely decorated and had convenient amenities like an air conditioner, iron, and toaster. the location was good and fantastic, with a huge variety of fabulous food options nearby. the check-in process was friendly and the service provided was terrific overall. Onsite parking and a fantastic restaurant were additional highlights of the stay.

We enjoyed the property and would stay here again. The place was clean with a very modern design and knowledgeable staff. The room was compact with an amazing bath. The restaurant was terrific and well priced.
